Zone File Audit Supplementary Policy for xn--kput3i

1. Overview 

Beijing RITT-Net Technology Development Co., Ltd ( hereinafter referred to as ' RITT ' ), has received a large number of user feedback and complaints in the daily business of '.xn-kput3i '. After the registrant registers the domain, the third party individual or institution harasses the user to varying degrees by obtaining the registrant information. It seriously violates the user 's personal privacy rights, property rights and other vital rights.To protect the legitimate rights and interests of registrants and promote the healthy and orderly development of the Chinese domain market.We have formulated supplementary policies for Zone file services based mainly on the Registry Agreement signed with ICANN.

2.Zone file Conditions for applicants to access data

2.1 Zone file Applicants are required to submit data through ICANN 's ' CZDS ' website : https://czds.icann.org/, and must carefully read and agree to the CZDS Terms ( TERMS : https://czds.icann.org/en/terms/terms-and-conditions-1) ).

2.2 Requirements for zone file applicants

( 1 ) Zone file Applicants are required to submit accurate and complete personal information items on the CZDS website ( https://czds.icann.org/) ), including but not limited to : company name, contact name, telephone number, fax, e-mail address, mailing address ( please be accurate to the street, door number ), IP address, etc. 

( 2 ) Zone file Applicants are required to provide a description of the true and legitimate reasons. 

( 3 ) Zone file Applicants are required to provide proof of their true and lawful use ( signature required ).

( 4 ) If zone file applicant is a natural person, need to provide personal identity certificate scan file, zone file applicant occupation and the corresponding occupation certificate, '.xn-kput3i ' zone file true use of the description of the material sent by email to shouji @ rntd.cn ; if the zone file applicant is an organization applicant, it is necessary to provide a scanned copy of the organization 's identity certificate, an authorization letter, an official website address of the organization, and a brief introduction of the qualification organization. The description material for the real use of the '.xn-kput3i ' zone file is sent to shouji @ rntd.cn by email with the suffix of the organization 's domain name. 

( 5 ) Zone file applicants need to provide details of measures taken to prevent third parties from disclosing data. 

( 6 ) Zone file Applicants are required to provide a complete statement containing the contents of paragraphs 2 to 4 above ( natural persons are required to sign ; organization applicants need to sign and stamp the official seal of the organization ).

3.Verification and verification cycle 

After receiving the application from the zone file applicant, RITT will contact and verify the zone file applicant according to the relevant information and corresponding information provided by the zone file applicant 's email. The verification methods include but are not limited to telephone, email, fax, etc. The verification period generally takes 3 months. If there is a lack of sufficient information to correctly identify the zone file applicant, or the '.xn-kput3i ' zone file is not fully justified in the verification process, RITT will notify the zone file applicant to supplement within the specified period.

4.Rejection conditions 

When the zone file applicant does not meet any of the requirements of Article 2, paragraph 2, RITT lacks sufficient information to verify the zone file applicant or fails to pass the identity and zone file real-use verification within the specified time ( e.g., the proof material supplemented within the specified time period still lacks sufficient information to correctly identify the zone file applicant, or the explanation of the true use of the zone file is not sufficient, or the applicant who did not reply to RITT in time ), to protect the vital interests of the user, RITT will consider that the '.xn-kput3i ' zone file data applied for by zone file applicants may be subject to any abuse for marketing purposes, threats to the stability and security of Internet operations, harassment / annoyance / interference with the normal business operations of registrants, and illegal and abusive use of data in a manner that violates this policy and the relevant provisions of CZDS. RITT will reject the data application request of zone file applicants for reasons such as non-compliance with the CZDS terms or any of the above terms.

5.Duration of access 

RITT will be processed 3 months after receiving the valid application from the zone file applicant. After the zone file applicant is verified, RITT will provide a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to the zone file applicant, and the zone file applicant can access the data within 90 natural days. After the deadline, the user can submit the application for data access again. For the '.xn-kput3i ' zone file data obtained by the zone file applicant during the visit, RITT can revoke the applicant 's right to use the data at any time without complying with the CZDS clause and will not be notified separately if it is determined that the zone file applicant has committed illegal or abusive acts.

6. Changes and others 

RITT will supplement or modify this supplemental policy according to the daily operation of '.xn-kput3i ' and the continuous improvement of service quality, and publish it on the Registry website or on this page. Please check for updates regularly. 

The original intention of this supplementary policy is the same as the ' CZDS Terms ' and should be regarded as an effective part of reading and understanding the ' CZDS Terms '.
